Delivery Areas and Availability
We deliver our products and services only to locations where our logistics services are available. Delivery may be restricted in certain areas; customers will be informed of such restrictions at the time of placing an order.
Delivery Time:
Delivery services will be provided from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Once a product order placed by a customer is confirmed, we will endeavor to deliver it within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Exceptional Circumstances:
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free for all orders ranging from ₹70 to ₹100. If free delivery is not applicable, shipping charges may vary based on the value of the order and the delivery location.
Customer Responsibilities at the Time of Delivery
The customer must ensure that a person is available at the provided address to receive the order. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery personnel may attempt redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If a product is found to be damaged during delivery, the customer should refuse to accept it. If an order is lost, we will either redeliver the order or issue a refund to the customer, following an appropriate investigation.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order prior to delivery. After delivery, if a product is found to be defective in accordance with the standards defined under our Return Policy, the customer may return it.
