Food/fresh/appliance items (such as tea/flowers/delicacies), intimate/sanitary items, flammable or hazardous materials, and gift cards/downloadable software are not returnable.FSSAI-guided label/BEF/BBD regulations must be followed.
3. How to initiate a return (Steps)

We will send an RMA/return authorization within 24–48 hours.
